Ken holds a Bachelor of Economics with Honours degree and post graduate qualifications in economics, finance, and financial planning. He is also a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FFIN).
He has worked at a senior level in the Australian Public Service in Canberra before joining KPMG (nee Peat Marwick) in Melbourne where he worked in the Tax Division. He has extensive experience in capital markets and has held senior roles at Deutsche Bank (including Director; Global Co-ordinator – Telecommunications Technology), James Capel Australia (now owned by HSBC) and Tricom (Head of Research).
He was one of the founding shareholders of Pure Foods Tasmania and is a Non-executive Director. Pure Foods listed on the ASX in 2020 (ASX code: PFT). Ken is also a founding partner and Executive Director of Castray Capital Pty Ltd, a boutique corporate advisory and investment bank. Castray Capital holds an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) and Ken is authorised to provide corporate finance advice and capital raising support.
He is also an Independent Member of the Investment Committee for Manly Financial Services (Sydney) and has held this position for over 10 years (https://manlyfs.com.au/).
He was on the Board of Tasmanian Oyster Company (nee Shellfish Culture) before resigning in early 2022. He was also on the Board of TasmaNet Pty Ltd prior to it being sold to Field Solutions (listed on the ASX: FSG).

Don was a corporate partner of the law firm, Minter Ellison, for over 25 years. He has extensive commercial law and business experience from over 30 years advising ASX listed and large private companies across a broad range of industries on corporate law, governance and investment issues.
Don is currently a consultant to Minter Ellison and a director and the Deputy Chairman of Webjet Limited (one of Australia’s leading on-line travel companies). He is also a director of two smaller ASX listed companies – Zoono Group Limited and Contango Income Generator Limited – and of several other unlisted public and private companies. In those roles, Don has also had significant involvement in the Board committees – audit, risk and remuneration – of those listed companies.
With a background in corporate law and first-hand experience as a listed company director, Don is well positioned to advise on the legal and practical issues faced by companies and to implement best practice corporate governance.

Tony Shadforth is a stockbroker with over 30 years experience. Tony returned to Hobart in 1979 after having worked in Sydney and London. He became a Member of the Hobart Stock Exchange in 1979 and a Member of the ASX in April 1987. Tony retired from Shadforth Financial Group in early 2011 and is now a Director with Castray Capital Pty Ltd.
Tony is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Practitioner Member of the Master Stockbroking – Securities and Derivatives Industry Association.
Tony was recognised for his services to the Asthma Foundation of Tasmania being awarded Life Membership in October 2009 after serving on the board for some 20 years.
Tony is a past Director of Tasmanian Pure Foods Ltd (owner of Bellamy’s Organic) and Lark Distillery Pty Ltd.
